Mr. Prateek Gupta is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm’s Delhi Office and heads the Firm’s Litigation Group. His expertise lies in civil, commercial and corporate litigation. He represents Indian and international clients including Fortune 1000 companies and large to midsize Indian businesses.
He has represented and continues to represent clients in matters before the Various High Courts, Supreme Court of India, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, School Tribunals, Competition Commission of India, Central Pollution Control Board and other various tribunals.
He has been involved in arbitrations (domestic and international) under renowned arbitration councils including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). He has also advised clients in complex investigations involving corporate fraud, forensic asset tracking and whistleblower and internal investigations. Furthermore, he has represented more than 50 clients before the RERA Authority. Furthermore, he has taught corporate laws to more than 10,000 Students.
